Returns & Exchanges
We strive to deliver quality products, but returns and exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Unsealed Packaging: If the packaging is torn or unsealed upon delivery.

Return/Exchange Process:

Customers must provide a proof of purchase and retain the original packaging for returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Before Shipping: Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been shipped.

Full Refund: Customers are entitled to a full refund upon approval of the cancellation request.

Refunds

Inspection and Approval: Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The product must be in its original condition with tags and labels intact.

Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process the refund.
