Returns & Exchanges
We strive to deliver quality products, but returns and exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Unsealed Packaging: If the packaging is torn or unsealed upon delivery.

  • Expired Products: If the product is expired at the time of delivery.

  • Product Deterioration: If there are signs of pest infestation or product spoilage upon delivery.

Return/Exchange Process:

  • Customers must provide a proof of purchase and retain the original packaging for returns or exchanges.

  • Products that have been used will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been shipped.

  • Full Refund: Customers are entitled to a full refund upon approval of the cancellation request.

  • Seller Discretion: Mevedir LLP reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval: Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The product must be in its original condition with tags and labels intact.

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process the refund.

 

 

 

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately for the following concerns:

    • Defective items

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged goods
      We will evaluate the issue promptly and take corrective action.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are ineligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
